I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and self-esteem issues. My therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral, trauma informed, and solution focused. I love to focus on your strengths. I have a special interest in using mindfulness techniques and creative expression to help treat anxiety, depression and trauma symptoms.
