Katie Papke, LMSW, CAADC, CCTP, CHTVSP

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, Katie has over 16 of experience in addictions, trauma, human trafficking, abuse, and other mental health concerns. Katie also holds the following certificates: Certified Advance Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Clinically Certified Human Trafficking Victim Services Provider. In addition, she has years of experience in community education and is an affiliated clinical faculty member at Grand Valley State University. Katie is a survivor and has a passion for working with individuals of all genders and sexual identities who are current and former sex industry Workers. Her specialty is working with teens and adults with behavioral, mental health, relationship, trauma, and substance abuse concerns. Katie desires to provide a safe, private, and confidential environment where individuals are free to express their choices for counseling with unbiased consultation.

Katie also offers the following services:

A substance abuse/alcohol assessment is required before sentencing for anyone being convicted of operating while under the influence of an intoxicating substance (e.g., alcohol). This assessment involves speaking with Katie to examine the circumstances surrounding the conviction. Katie’s job is to work collaboratively with you to identify any areas of concern and provide treatment recommendations.

The substance abuse evaluation is the most critical piece of evidence for a Michigan driver’s license restoration appeal. Knowing what to expect and being prepared is essential for regaining your license. Katie has been working with clients for over 15 years and really knows what the hearing officers are looking for during your appeal hearing.

Katie will help walk you through the process with the confidence and preparation needed to be successful. My goal is to help you win your license back!
