therapist, I aim to meet you where you are and where you want to be with the challenges facing you and/or loved ones through open communication and problem-solving skills. I have vast experience working with diverse
populations, including individuals, couples, groups, and families. I have also worked in a variety of diverse settings, including outpatient, community/home-based, correctional, and court.
I have assisted clients with a variety of issues, including Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Regulation, obsessive-compulsive disorder, Addictions, and school/life-changing events. I have utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused-CBT, Reality Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
