Hello, my name is Cody Robinson! I work from the perspective that an individual, couple or family knows themselves best. However, one may not be expressing their viewpoint(s) or challenge(s) in the healthiest way. As your
therapist, I aim to meet you where you are, and where you want to be with the challenges facing you and/or loved ones, through open communication and problem-solving skills. I have vast experience working with diverse
populations, including individuals, couples, groups, and families. I have also worked in a variety of diverse settings including outpatient, community/home- based, correctional and the court.
I have assisted clients with a variety of issues including Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Regulation, Obsessive-Compulsive-Disorder, Addictions, and school/life-changing events. I have utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused-CBT, Reality Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
