As a licensed Masters level social worker with over 20 years of mental health experience, I have developed insights and strategies that can support people of nearly any age as they adjust to the challenges and changes that come with life. I have assisted people from nearly every walk of life, embrace diversity, and have specialized training to work with veterans, people who have experienced trauma, and those dealing with chronic health issues, death, and grief.
I strive to create a safe space where people can feel supported and acknowledged. I have experience with a broad variety of clinical techniques which enables me to truly personalize the therapeutic experience. In addition, I have received extensive training in mindfulness practices and am open to a range of strategies that care for the whole person – mind, body, and spirit.
Life is a challenge for all of us from time to time. My aim is to build on strengths you already have to increase your health, happiness, and overall quality of life.
