Hi, I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LMSW) and a proud graduate of Grand Valley State University. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy for individuals who are looking for compassionate, personalized support. While much of my focus has been on working with young adults, older adults, and families, I welcome anyone who feels I might be a good fit for their needs.
For the past 20 years, I’ve worked in the healthcare setting, supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult experiences—including serious illness, complex medical decision-making, end-of-life transitions, and the grief and loss process. I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all backgrounds, and I deeply respect that each person’s journey is unique.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can share your story and feel truly heard. I take a strength-based, client-centered approach to therapy, meeting you where you are and walking with you toward where you want to be.
Whether you’re dealing with grief, chronic illness, life transitions, or simply looking for support in your mental health journey, I’m here to help you feel empowered, supported, and seen.
